I strongly encourage all clients to accompany me during the home inspection process. You should always feel free to ask the home inspector any questions that may arise during the inspection. A good inspector will point out and explain problems to you, the customer. Plus, it is my goal to explain what routine maintenance is needed and necessary to keep the house in top operating condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the numerous systems that make up the home, and how to maintain it most efficiently.

Customers will get a comprehensive report, including photographs,that is easy to read and understand. Everything identified during the inspection will be included on the report.
